Where can I get information about TAHITIAN NONI® products?
To get all the answers about TAHITIAN NONI® products, you need to talk to an Independent Tahitian Noni International Distributor. If you know someone who is a distributor, you should talk to that person. If you don't know anyone who is a distributor, we can assign on to you. Click here to locate a distributor or to have one assigned to you.
How can I cancel Case Autoship?
To cancel Case Autoship, you need to contact Tahitian Noni International. The Tahitian Noni International website can be found at http://www.tni.com.
Why won't my TahitianNoni.com password work on Noni.com?
Noni.com is a separate company from TahitianNoni.com. To use the products and services provided by Noni.com you must sign up for a Noni.com Subscription. Click here to find out more about a Noni.com Subscription.
How can I find out more about becoming a distributor of TAHITIAN NONI® Juice?

How can I check on the status of my order for TAHITIAN NONI® products?
To check on your order, you need to contact your Independent Tahitian Noni International Distributor.
What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
If you have forgotten your password, the system can reset it for you. To reset your password, go to the Password Reset page.
I know my Distributor ID# and password are correct, but I still can't login.

Noni.com uses non-identifiable cookies to maintain your login status when you are signed into your Noni.com account. If you have cookies disabled in your internet browser, or your personal firewall is blocking cookies for Noni.com, you will not be able to login to Noni.com.

To enable cookies in your web browser, do the following:

If you are using Internet Explorer:

1. With Internet Explorer open, click on "Tools", then choose "Internet Options".
2. Select the "Privacy Tab". Under the Web Sites section, click the "Edit" button, bringing up the Manage Sites panel.
3. On the Manage Sites panel type in www.noni.com in the Address field and click the "Allow" button. Click OK to close the panel.
4. Click OK on the Internet Properties panel.
5. Finally, close your browser and re-open it.

I am a TNI Distributor, why can't I login?
Being a TNI distributor, does not automatically sign you up as a Noni.com Subscriber. Noni.com is a service available to all Tahitian Noni International distributors, but in order to use the tools and services on Noni.com, you must first signup as a member of Noni.com.Click here to find out more about a Noni.com Subscription.
Can I get support over the phone?
In order to provide our services to you at the lowest cost possible, Noni.com cannot provide phone support. However, we do provide excellent support via email and our website. Generally, almost all problems can be easily resolved via email or our Support Resources. Click here to contact support.
How can I view an E-Card I received?
You can view your E-Card, by going to the Noni.com Greeting Center and entering your E-card # into the View Your E-Card box, on the right hand side of the screen. Click here to go the the Noni.com Greeting Card Center. If you continue to have problems, please contact our Technical Support.  Click here to contact support.
